Protect East Meath yesterday lodged observations against a proposed development at Rathmullan in Drogheda for 661 housing units. The observation draws attention to the chronic traffic situation in Julianstown that will be worsened by this huge car-dependent development. There are also concerns about bats, birds and otters.
