Protect East Meath and Coreet Ltd confirm that by agreement the Judicial Review lodged by Protect East Meath has been withdrawn.

Protect East Meath, together with the Julianstown and District Community Association, will now be in a position to analyse the environment in Julianstown and will be able to retain the required consultants to develop solutions aimed at alleviating air and noise pollution from high traffic volumes in the village.
