Protect East Meath has filed a comprehensive submission objecting to the proposal by Shannon Homes to develop 169 houses and 188 apartments off the Mill Road and Colpe Road. You can download from here or view below: The public submission period is closed with a decision due by 6 January 2021.
Just a quick reminder that submissions on the Boyne Greenway between Drogheda and Mornington close next Friday 11 September. Submissions must reach An Bord Pleanála by 5.30pm – there is no fee for making a submission. The plans can be viewed on the Meath Co Co website here.
An Bord Pleanála granted planning permission for a 167 unit residential development in Duleek. Permission was granted on 19 August. The online documents can be consulted here.
